Hi there, i have got a problem with my turboflush; it seems that it struggle alot after flushing, even with a clean flush. it does make a grinding noise as well. it goes on for quite a while whereas before it use to take just a few second pumpin, as it pumps a little of water

It really sounds like something that shouldn't be there is in the macerator/ejector. If you are not familiar with the internal workings, call the plumber who installed it. Best case scenario, it is just something that needs to be removed. Worst case scenario, the macerator/ejector and motor bearings are shot and need to be replaced.
