Hi there. Like many others, I have the flashing red LED problem. I've run a diagnostics test with the B&W software, and have repeated 'system_pu_amp_failure' codes. I take it this is what you guys are referring to when you mentioned the power board failing? As my Zeppelin is out of the warranty period, do you know where any spares could be bought for a self fix? Do B&W charge for repairs after the warranty has expired? Regards, Rob

Hi Rob, as this is a known problem and your product is out of warranty, I would contact b and w service. they are aware of this problem and should arrange to reapir it. if it is the z0 model, then the interface board which connects all boards is also suspect. If I were you i would just call them and make them aware that you know that they repair these 'known' issues.
