Report "Hi there, We haven't a 756TC Sub-Zero that has lots of condensation under the crispy shelf. I'm pretty sure it's clogged up and also we need to get all door gaskets from the fridge and freezer drawer replaced since they are all cracked. Also my oldest son broke the arm of the ice dispenser when he abruptly opened the freezer drawer ?? I have 3 questions: 1- How can get the drainage system unplugged? 2- Where can I buy the gaskets from and what is the part number for me to order it ? 3- What is the part number for the ice dispenser arm? Can I buy it separately or I will need to replace the entire ice dispenser? I need this urgently done because I don't want my fridge to get damaged because it's condensation and gaskets problem"
