Hi, we have a 2004 TD5 and somebody attemted to open the back door whilst locked, then the card was locked, unlocked on the key and the back door will not now open. When locking and unlucking the mechanism sounds as it should. The handle moves up and releases as it should

Probally a broken spring in door lock if you hold the lock up from the inside while somebody opens from outside it should if you let go and they cant open it ,its the sping broken
