Report "Hi, We recently bought the Vocopro DVG-777K II DVD Player, it can play from USB flash drive but can't play from the external hard drive(tried the Seagate 2TB & The Passport 500GB). 1) What particular brand of external hard drive does it read and is there a capacity limit? 2) How does the unit assign the # or sort the file? Tried the filename in numeric, or in Alphabet but the unit when assigning the number just scrambles the file. This would create a problem because everytime files are added, the unit scramble the files meaning it doesn't have a fix assigned number for each file. making it hard for us to find the file (music) we want to play not unless we go to the menu list and scroll down. Also, tried to play the DVD, at first (few seconds) it can read, then it stuck, then the screen turns black, then the botton doesn't work. What went wrong? Have to turn off the unit & turn it on again to get the DVD out. Would appreciate it if you could shed some light. Thanks, Grace"
