Hi wen i run a back up on norton 360 it says not all files could be backed up, but i cant find the file anywhere on my computer even wen i search for it so cant deleate it

N360 comes with 2GB of free online storage for backups. go to:
1. settings
2. backup settings
3. look at backup destination
