Just need to work your way round it. it's fastened in places by loops on the cover and hooks on the seat plastic, all quite stable, just go easy and see where it's fixed and how. big tip is you need the handle in an upright position. I just took mine off tonight and it took about 10-15 minutes but got there in the end. The hardest part to figure was getting the central bottom strap through the cover - at first glance it appeared to be stuck.but if you have the seat facing you and just underneath at the front, the belt finishes, and at the end of the belt it is looped over two 'prongy' things in the seat so you just need to work that from side to side to slip it off, and you can then thread it through the hole in the seat cover.
