Report "Hi,I have LG LCD TV(MODEL 32LG30RA).The issues is i can hear sound but there is no picture.I looked for any blown capacitors but i dint found any.Also i checked 24dc volt to the inverter board, and i found 24 volt.What will be my TV problem.Is it the capacitor even though it looks physically good or is it the faulty inverter board.Please help"
