Steam iron does not produce steam to iron. Connecting pipe from tank to iron is hot to suggest steam is in pipe but fails to deliver. Hope you can help

If you are having steam problems then the cartridge needs changing.
I phoned them (0161 652 1211) and they do sell the cartridge for £5.99 including delivery but are out of stock for a couple of weeks. You have to send them a cheque or postal orders. Good luck.
Send Cheque for £5.99 for each cartridge with note of model etc.

thank you i rang them payed over the phone off me card sending filter out to me hope that sloves the no stream or it a air lock i no idea how to get rid of that
I have the same problem. I have bought a new cartridge and a new water container because the new cartridge is a different shape from the old one and my iron still doesn't work. I rang Jarden, from where I purchased the items and was told if this doesn't work there is nothing else they can do.
