Hit the curb in my motor and now the wheel is off set, took it to a garage to be balanced and was told by a mechanic that after wobblin the wheels that some front rubbers had gone both sides, could you tell me what will need replacein as i only hit front wheel on 1 side but he said both had gone and said 350 all in with balancing. could you tell me what to do best and rough prices, thanks its a 2003 plate bmw
If you hit the kerb hard you should fit a new wheel and get the steering geometry (not wheel alignment) fully checked out.when replacing anything to do with brake/suspension on the front end you MUST DO BOTH SIDES.....what will you do if the wheel falls off.
