Honda integra loses all power, when i used the remote to lock it then unlock it power came back, accept now that trick doesn't work all power is dead. Thinking anti theft problem but how could that explain loss of all power not just inability to start the motor? Alternator?

First check see if your head lights works if works then you may have check for a short some where in the anti thef system. is it your alarm from factory or after market. if is after market have disconect it. those alarms with the time couse problems like yours.
