Hoover 800 rla. Agitator spinning rapidly in one direction and tangling up everything. Been great for 10 years now gone mental. Please advise
Worked yesterday and this morning with a load of sheets is only spinning in one direction thus tangling everything. I heard it and checked as was not tge usual back and forth sound. Please advise. Tganks

In most washers, the reversing mechanism in the transmission broke. You probably will have to replace it.
