Hoover dyn8144d. Turn power on from plug and ALL lights on facia and buttons stay on. can hear drain motor spinning. when i turn the timer dial it does nothing and when i push any of the buttons they do nothing. Have checked filter and its clear. When i pour some water into the drum then turn on machine it just emptys and the drain motor just contiunes to run untill i turn maching of from mains. Machine is 7 months old and i dont have recipte. please help.
