Hoover not performing
I have a Hoover HPT16 001 which is less than a month old it suddenly has absolutely no suction (not even a tiny bit) from the bottom although the stair tool is fine.

Proberly a blockage .Any new product is covered for 12months waranty.hoover also comes with 5 yrs parts waranty.
