Hoover U6634-900 self propelled, brush belt keeps coming off
On a 3 month old I have replaced the belt 4 times and put it back on many more times. It jumps off the small shaft if lower than the full up position.

Unfourtunatly it could be the height of your carpet also using on area rugs could cause it to do that too. check the brush roll and make sure it is spinning freely.
