Report "Hoping for someone to help me out on my Thermador Range Hood. The model number is PH36GS. I started having intermittent issues where the lights and the fan would not come on sometimes and then sometimes it would. Fast forward now nothing comes on and I have no green LED that stays on on the control module. I replaced the control module and nothing. So I figured it was the power module and sent the control module back. Bought a new power module and put it in with old control module and nothing. No lights. Nothing. Is there a chance that both the control module and the power module were bad? If I have no green light on for the off button what does that mean? I am struggling here and could use some help.
