Horizontal scrambled lines appear every couple of days. If I turn the TV off, unplug it, leave it for several minutes, plug it back in, and turn it on it'll be fine for a couple of days but the scrambled, distorted horizontal bars always appear.
Often it takes two attempts of turning the TV off, unplugging it, and turning it back off because after the first attempt the entire screen will be filled with a staticy distortion.
Also, after I've left it unplugged for awhile, it can take up to 5 minutes to turn on.
Only the picture is distorted, the sound works fine.
Do you know what I need to do to fix this issue?
