horn cover off - if I could just get that I'd be sorted!! There is no airbag, there are no screws on the cover, or the wheel itself. The rear cover has screws but they can only be accessed after the horn cover is removed!! I have tried yanking it in all directions... Is anyone able to help???
If your steering wheel is the soft grip type, just grab the left hand side of the horn cover near the bottom and give it a firm pull. It should just pop off at thr bottom, then pust it up to slide the clip off. It can be tricky to get back on though, just spent 20 minutes trying to get the clip to catch. If it's a different type, I have no idea. Good luck!
Thanks Billied, it is a different type. I had pulled and pulled and pulled, poked things in behind - nothing. Then I managed to find a PDF manual and found out the trick is to pull it only from the bottom first...it popped straight out without a lot of force...If only I had found that straight away!!Thanks Billied, it is a different type.
