Hoshizaki ice machine repair?
I cleaned the ice machine with cleaner and cleaned the coils now it seams to be short cycling only gets cold enough to just about freeze and then goes into defrost before making any ice ?

Seems that its low on water or float switch is bad. try to clean float
Is water pump running? is sufficient water in the sump? they harvest when the harvest thermistor says lines are cold. lack of water and the thermistor gets to cold to quick and a premature harvest. no water or pump over plate and it gets to cold to quick. the water over the plate keeps temps up till ice can form. good luck.
