Hoshizaki IM-240DME no harvest time
Hi, have a stacked Hoshizaki IM-240DME.
The original unit functions perfectly but the upper unit allows no time for ice to harvest- The water pan lowers and the cam only stops for 2 seconds before returning the pan. (The bottom unit waits for a few minutes before raising again.) Some ice usually gets trapped and then refrozen to the condesner resulting after a few hours in a frozen mess.
Adjusting settings and switching components including the PCB does not cause the problem to move, it always is the top machine.

Are you sure this is a Hoshi and not a Cold Draft? Your model number in not in any of my manuals and the Hoshi tech site has no listing for such a machine.
Double check it.
