Hot tub timer turns on the heater but not the pump
I have a hot tub with a pinnacle systems peak performance PC-60 controller. When I set it to the timer mode the heater comes on but not the pump, is the timer bad?

More likely the pump is failing, the pump disconnected or the timer is not connected to the pump. If you run the heater without running the pump then you are likely to do damage to your equipment. I would get it checked by a properly qualified and licensed service technician.
Is there a way to check that the pump is connected to the timer?
Okay so the pump will turn on with the timer, I just checked and it turned on. In the off time if I turn the thermostat up the heater comes on but not the pump, why?
