Hot tub tries to start up and kicks off
I have a Balboa control panel that I opened up and tested all the fuses and of course checked for proper voltage. The pump will kick on for 2 seconds and cut off. The pump will reset itself and show Pr for priming and my owners manual says to push pump button when this happens and it cuts on for a second and shuts off. Please help!

With your meter check to see if the motor is still getting voltage when it kicks off. If it is the motor needs servicing. If not, look for which component (such as the relay) is dropping line voltage and replace it.
