Hot water leaks excessively from around the brew group everytime I try to pull a shot. What could cause this and can it be repaired? I have taken the top of the machine off to take a look and it appears the water may be coming from the lower portion of the cast heater. Perhaps a gasket needs to be replaced
Hi, i have the same problem, if does anyone know where to find the internal parts for the BREVILLE 800 esxl please feel free to E-Mail me at [email protected] Thanks!
From:[email protected] problem is very simple to fix. There are, only 4 screws to unscrew and replacement of group gasket. The problem is,there is no way to get this internal parts. The manufacturer,BREVILLE,will only sell this parts to their service centers.I think,it is very stupid to run a business in this matter.
you could of always have called 1.866.BREVILLE 8a to 5p Pacific Time M-F or writen your own post instead of tagging on to someone elses and when you do tag onto someone elses post we are not able to see your postyou could of always have called 1.866.BREVILLE 8a to 5p Pacific Time M-F or writen your own post instead of tagging on to someone elses and when you do tag onto someone elses post we are not able to see your post

Replace the group gasket.
Find your nearest gaggia or saeco home espresso machine dealer, and get a group gasket from them it should be the same size.
