Almost all of these fitting are a compression fitting. You may have to go to a plumbimg,heating, and A.C.parts supply store to buy the specific fitting you need but most have threaded male fitting with the compression ferrule attached in one fitting. Be careful when you start threads and finish tightening as the fitting are brass and the gas valve body is aluminium. Danger of cross threading or stripping threads if you over tighten. It is not mandatory to use pipe thread sealer on these fitting but I normally will to make it easier to get a good leak free seal without over tightening. Hope this helps you. Thanks
