House Warming gift and it didn't work. It seems the box was a "re-seal"...there was no packing material, instructions or warranty. I know the connection between the top and the stem is key but it didn't work at all. What can I do?

You can get a new one on eBay for a very good price. Things on a special rack are up there for a reason. Sorry
