I can not open the housing by pressing the gray release buttons. I took out the small trays inside to clean them. The housing closed and now I can not get it open. Something (on the right side, bottom, maybe 1" below the gray button) is hanging up so the housing will not open. I'm not positive about the problem being on the lower right, but it feels like it. I took the bottom off to look around, but I couldn't see what could be wrong. On the lower right, under the gray button is encased in a plasitc cover, so I can not see in side that little plastic box, but maybe the hold up is inside that plastic box? Pleas HELP!
