Go to www.iis.fhg.de/audio (they created fastencc.exe) to get their most current "Contact" info, and see if they'll email a copy to you. The Contact info I see there is:

That's because there was no MP3 encoder included in the software that came with the Xitel Inport kit. They were using a third party codec (fastencc.exe) which was being hosted by someone on Geocities. That person took it down from the site, so now the software doesn't know where to go and locate it to install it on your computer. I'm having the same problem... so I'm currently looking for a fix.
