It is a black mp4 player it kind of looks like an ipod. All it will do when i turn it on is an orange screen with a hour glass. Someone please help me! on all my things it says that i have no files though I have a MP4 player that looks like an Ipod and when i turn it on all i see is an hourglass. It wont even hook up to my computer. Help?
