When I plug the grill in it gives me an OP err message. It is brand new and when it gave me this message when I first plugged it in and then I messed with it unplugging, adjusting plates plugging back in and finally it started working. Used it twice and now again it has the same message. Tried everything it did the first time and still does not come on. What do I need to do?
