How can I fix the autofocus on my Quantaray 7-300 lens
When I press to autofocus, it makes a noise, but does not turn. It used to work. Manual focus works fine. I accidentally dropped the lens on the kitchen table while holding it about six inches above the table.

Sorry to say but the lens needs to be sent in for repair. To repair or replace the AF motor is usually around the $200.00 range. Do not try to fix it yourself.
