How can I get the model number for my ESA flat screen TV if I cannot get to the back?
I am having trouble with the sound. The bar goes all the way to 100 but the sound is only about half as loud as that indicates. It also has the sound of a soft squeaky sound in the background. I also need a manual so that I can get the scrolling words off the screen (for the hearing impaired)
