How can i open the trunk to my 1999 volvo s80 when its not opening with the key pay, or the button and i dont have a master key? I can get into the trunk from the back seat but i cant figure out how to pop it manually

If you look at the key there is a ridge running down the centre, the length of the key .it is this which stop you using it to open the trunk.ask a keysmith to grind it off......or buy a new key without the ridge.then turn key to the left or right to set lock to open with remote....
