I tried inserting a pin into the hole on the side and pushing but it doesn't press nor will the lever pull off. Also the hole has an allen shape to it so i don't know if that's relevant. I really need to get this done ASAP so whatever help is appreciated! I'm not even sure if kwikset is the real manufacturer because i didnt buy the lever and it doesn't say on the lock. I'm just assuming because it looks just like the kwikset lido lever.
