How can I remove the outside cover of the handle? One of the nuts that holds the handle to the body has come loose and is rattling around inside the handle but I can't get the cover off to retighten it

I came to this site looking for the answer and since it wasn't here I worked on it myself. The answer for getting access to the top phillips screw is to hold on to the top of the handle with two fingers and you can carefully push down on the outside piece of the handle with your thumb and it will move down about half an inch to where it stops. The bottom of the outer piece will slide out without breaking. I did not try to totally remove the outer handle for access to the bottom screw. Best wishes, Fred
