HOW CAN I RESET THE BIOS ON M7VIZ MOTHERBOARD? There is no video and this is the last thing I know to do. I took the video card out and plugged in to the onboard video, I have tried a new video card and all I get is a black screen. I just replace the motherboard but it may be bad. I'm kind of at a loss as to where to go next

You mean reset the CMOS? There may be a jumper to go back to factory defauts. Flashing the BIOS is not what you want to do at this point. Get out your motherboard manual and look for a jumper on the board to reset the CMOS.
