So far I have not received any solutions and cannot find any explanations on how to fix this...I re-installed the program so many times, sent emails to Nova (no response) !!!paying them for help is ludicrous,when they make $1000.000's!!! this is driving me crazy...i'm going in circles with this ****...can somebody help me? Please I need this for my art project...it worked once and now it's good for ****!

Please use window 7 because in window 8 many software are incomparatable
