How can I take the top cover off of my toto cross handled faucet? I need to tighten the screw underneath
One of the 4 "handles" from the cross unscrews from the handle, but I was not able to figure out how to tighten or pop of what looks like a circle cover on the top of the handle. Any help would be much appreciated.

There are mant different types of Toto Cross handles. The more common handle has a screw in one of the cross stems. If you unscrew and remove it you should have access to that piece. Then you can use a blunt tipped object to apply pressure from the bottom of the handle. Be careful it may be glued on. If that doese'nt work there should be a very small hole on the side of that little cap. Take a paper clip and jently but fermly pry it up and out.
