How can i talk to a support person over the phone? I have a little virtuoso cd player that now just days "disc" and will not play any more, what do I do?
MY son got less than a years life out of this music player, it was not dropped, or damaged in any way. one day it just would not accept any CDs to play I took it into tech support in London Drugs and they said it was a product malfunction. we tried new batteries and various CD what can you do to help a very unsatisfied customer?
