Sound is not consistent: sometimes there is sound, other times nothing. Sometimes the sound is "fuzzy". When I press the casing where the speaker is located most often the sound comes on...for as long as it continues to be pressed; however, my little kids cannot press the speaker and play a game at the same time; they can't even press hard enough for sound. I have opened the back and see that the speaker is beneather the motherboard. I am afraid of popping the motherboard out; I don't want to break it. But I don't know how else to access the speaker. I want to check the wires leading to the speaker or determine how to create a more permenant method of pressing the speaker to produce sound.
