Well park 6-8 feet from a wall and tr turning what appear to be adjusters and watch the light on the wall then adjust it to where you want to try.usually normal adjustment is about knee high at this distance.you could try to go a little higher, there will be an adjustment where it will be a hex shape, now also make sure you headlight bulbs are installed correctly I see this a lot where the bulbs are installed at a ange and also on those cars sometimes the inside of the headlight breaks away from the housing so make sure the headlight inside is not loose it should be tight but be careful when checking as these can break easy.....
