How do i adjust the magneto gap on a Troy-Bilt TB70ss string trimmer

Cannot figure out how to get to magneto to adjust the gap without taking the whole engine apart.

That is it. It is about that way for anything in the area of the clutch and flywheel. It is a pita but the nature of string trimmer in general.
