How do I attach the basket to my beach cruiser
It has two velcro straps at the top of the basket and one lower down which I assume goes around the shaft of the handlebar. I haven't moved the location of these straps since I removed the basket, but they barely connect, it sits too low to the tire and occasionally just falls off. Help with this simple problem?

Make sure the lower strap goes in between the crossbar and the tube that goes down to the pedals, so that it can't slide down the handlebar post.
