How do i change idler pulley .When i start engine a squealing noise begins. I also had smoke which smelled like burning rubber
Must be one of the pulleys to make the squealing noise .Alternator seems to be working alright and the power steering also works.Not sure which pulley to make the belt smoke

After running for a few minutes turm the engine off and touch each of the idler pulleys. The hot one should be the problem or take the belt off and turn the pulleys by hand. It should be obvious which pulley is causing the problem.
