How do I change my Netflix email preference even when it says I am unable to at the time? I HAVE TRIED SIX TIMES TO DO SO
Netflix tells me that my email is invalid. I am aware of this. I got a new email a while back. So I click on "update my email" and type in my new email and it says that it isn't able to do so at the time. This is driving me insane!!! Please help

Rather than "updating your mail" what if you delete the existing email account and just create a new one?
When you say "Netflix tells me that my email is invalid" is that the Netflix page? Or is that contacting them? If all else fails I highly suggest either calling or writing to them and explain what you are trying to do. It could be that they impose some type of lock on an account so that an unauthorized person can go in and take over the account. It's worth the effort.
