How do I change my Nickname on Fixya? It accepted my original one that I use online but changed it
I can change everything except my *Nickname*, as it is grayed out & won't allow any change like the other boxes in My Account. Also, I do NOT like using my full name w/ every posting, yet Fixya requests your "Full Name" before it asks for a Nickname which it accepted. I do not understand why it arbitrarily created a different one from the one I posted & it intially accepted. I have used a specific nickname since I 1st used an Apple IIe! I notice that other people are posting w/ nicknames. What gives?

Go to the drop down menu under your name and select "Account" and then scroll all the way down to change your account information and your screen name.
Contact Fixya support. Also are signed when you try to access your account?
