Hello. Here is a link to the owner manual. Go to page 10 and follow the directions for first time set up. This will allow ou to ramp up the pressure. http://www.apria.com/manuals/Respironics%20-%201000345%20Remstar%20Plus.pdf

Please note that it is recommended that your medical doctor be notified before you make a change to the pressure.
