Sounds like you have a DS1000/2000 system, it will be very difficult to change the time on a non-display phone. try a display phone on extension 300. to set the time that way #83 and put the time in in military time.
On an Elite or IPK phone system, which are just some of the systems that use this phone, you make the time change from one of the 2 main operator phones, x100 or x101. Without lifting handset, press Feature, 9, #, the phone goes into time program mode. Enter the hour and the minute, press Feature to exit and write OR press HOLD to get to date change, enter day of week as 1 through 7, HOLD, enter month as 1 through 12, HOLD, dial in year, and press Feature to write and exit. The other systems that use this phone aren't as easy. Good luck.
