I use q-tips and rubbing alcohol along the rubber rollers. you have to be pretty diligent in keeping this clean...as ALL the gunk and oils from your fingers go on the orbit ball and collect up on the rollers. You can use a can of air to spray out the inside from dust. For random stuck bits of hair etc in the rollers, use tweezers but if you tweeze something off the rubber roller you MUSTTTTTTTT be super careful NOT to gouge the rubber.
