The filter could be stuffed with sawdust, but depending on the model of saw, the problem could also be the oil pump drive system. First of all though, empty out the chain oil and then part fill the chain oil tank with petrol, replace the cap and with the saw switched off, shake the saw violently for 10 secs. Remove the cap and empty out the tank and then refill with chain oil and try out the saw, revving it and check if any oil is flowing onto the chain. If that has not solved the problem, let me know what the model of the saw is, Farm Boss is not enough, it could be an 038 an 041 and a few more as the farm boss name is used as well as the number. We can then check a few other points which could be causing the problem.
