How do I clean the rotating cutter heads? On the old one I had, I simply unscrewed the center post and removed all of the parts and cleaned them. I cannot figure out how to take the heads out of my new arcitec

The Arcitec series shavers have a very poor design and shaver heads can not be disassembled like the older model that you had. The blades can not be removed from the assembly that contains them. The only way to clean them is to run thm under hot water or ren them in an alcohol solution. Unfortunately, this method still leaves much to be desired.
Many users of the Arcitec models report having to change the heads twice as often because of this.
